Prof. Nazir Ahmad Dar is a Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Kashmir with over two decades of experience in teaching, research, academic administration, and institutional leadership. His research focuses on cancer biology, molecular oncology, cancer epidemiology, and translational cancer research, particularly esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. He has received advanced training at IARC (France), CDFD (India), JNU (India), and Mount Sinai School of Medicine (USA), and has secured several national and international research grants. He currently serves as Director, Centre for Career Counselling, Coaching and Placement (CCCP), University of Kashmir.
